Use this page to permanently delete your Mahmal Zip account and personal data. You do not need the app installed.
What is deleted
- Your name, username, phone number and date of birth
- Your push-notification device token
- Your reviews and ratings of selling points
- Access to the account — it can no longer be used to sign in
What is kept
- Order records are kept for accounting, with your name, phone number and username removed, so they can no longer be linked to you.
- Database backups may still hold a copy for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted.
